Terms of Service

Stratts is an AI-powered product that helps founders create a launch plan. We offer one-time plan purchases and recurring Stratts Pulse subscriptions, which include the Copy Engine, Launch Engine, and Competitor Intelligence tools. Features may change, improve, or be removed with notice to active subscribers where appropriate.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Stratts. You can complete the planner without signing in first, but building a launch plan requires an email address so we can create or link your account and save your results. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for the information you submit to Stratts and for the decisions you make with the resulting launch plan. You agree not to submit unlawful material, material you do not have the right to use, or sensitive information that the product is not designed to handle.

You also agree to review AI-generated output before acting on it. The The launch plan is a strategic tool, not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other professional advice.

You may not use Stratts to break the law, violate another person's rights, interfere with the service, scrape the product, reverse engineer safety controls, generate harmful or deceptive material, or overload the platform with automated requests.

Our Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms and adds more detail. If your use creates risk for the product, other users, or third parties, we may suspend or block access.

You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that information so we can operate Stratts.

As between you and BitBridge LLC, you own all rights, title, and interest in and to the generated launch plans and strategies returned by Stratts based on your inputs (the "Outputs"). BitBridge LLC hereby assigns to you all its rights, title, and interest in and to the Outputs, subject to your compliance with these terms and excluding any underlying website code, design, templates, software engines, or brand assets owned by us.

We own Stratts itself, including the site design, code, branding, product logic, and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service in line with these terms.

We work hard to make the launch plans useful, specific, and clear. Even so, AI systems can be incomplete, outdated, wrong, or inconsistent. We do not guarantee that any output will be accurate, unique, infringement-free, or fit for your exact business needs.

You are responsible for checking facts, reviewing claims, and deciding whether any recommendation is appropriate for your market, customers, and legal obligations.

We offer both one-time launch plan purchases and recurring Stratts Pulse subscriptions. All payments are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a product or subscription, you authorize the stated charge and agree to the billing and refund policy presented at checkout.

For subscriptions, you authorize automatic recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage your subscription or cancel anytime through the customer portal. Payment card data is handled securely by Stripe and is not stored directly by Stratts.

Usage limits apply: each one-time $29 purchase includes one launch plan generation; Stratts Pulse subscribers receive 3 launch plan generations and 30 Pulse Suite runs (shared across the Copy Engine, Launch Engine, and Competitor Intelligence tools) per billing period; and each saved launch plan includes up to 5 section-level revisions. Limits reset at the start of each billing cycle for subscriptions.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, abuse the service, or expose us or our providers to legal or operational harm.

We may also update Stratts, its pricing, or these terms over time. If a material change affects your use, we will post the updated terms on this page.

Stratts, including all generated launch plans, strategic outputs, market research suggestions, and resources (collectively, the "Outputs"), is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or that the Outputs will lead to any specific business results, conversions, traffic, or sales.

You acknowledge that marketing and business strategies inherently involve risk. You assume full responsibility and liability for any actions, campaigns, ad spend, hiring, product positioning, or capital allocation decisions you make based on the Outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall BitBridge LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, or any losses resulting from advertising expenses, marketing campaigns, or business failures, arising from or relating to your use of the service.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the actual amount you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BitBridge LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these terms, your use of the service, your inputs, or your execution of any marketing activities or campaigns based on the generated launch plans.

By creating an account, joining our waitlist, or requesting a launch plan delivery, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, such as emails or notices posted on Stratts. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing support.

Stratts may display, refer to, or link to third-party websites, services, social networks, or platforms (such as Product Hunt, Reddit, LinkedIn, X, or competitor websites). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for these third-party resources. Your interactions with them are governed by their respective terms and policies.

All third-party trademarks, product names, logos, and brand assets referenced in Stratts or within generated launch plans are the property of their respective owners. Our reference to these trademarks does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization by their respective holders, and is done solely for informational and comparative marketing strategy purposes.

These Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or Stratts must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Class Action Waiver: You and BitBridge LLC agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis. Neither you nor we will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, or private attorney general action.
