This policy explains how Stratts handles one-time launch plan purchases, recurring Pulse subscriptions, renewals, and refunds.
1. Products and Payments
We offer two primary products: a one-time launch plan purchase (currently $29 per completed generation) and the Stratts Pulse monthly subscription (currently $14.99 per month). All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Published prices may change; the price shown at checkout controls your purchase.
Each one-time purchase includes one full plan generation and ongoing access to that purchased plan in your dashboard, including PDF export where available. Stratts Pulse includes 3 plan generations and 30 Pulse Suite runs per billing period (shared across the Copy Engine, Launch Engine, and Competitor Intelligence tools), plus access to those tools within your monthly limits. Each saved plan includes up to 5 section-level revisions. See our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy for enforcement of these limits.
2. Subscription Terms
Stratts Pulse is a recurring monthly subscription. Your payment method on file will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. Usage limits reset at the start of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through your dashboard or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period. After cancellation, you retain access to launch plans and content already generated during paid periods, subject to your account remaining active and these policies.
3. Refund Standard
If you are not satisfied with your launch plan or Pulse membership, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or most recent renewal by emailing support@stratts.com.
We may deny refund requests where the request is abusive, fraudulent, duplicated after an earlier refund, or prohibited by law.
4. Failed Payments and Taxes
Access to premium features may be suspended if a payment fails and is not resolved. Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to account suspension while the matter is reviewed.
Where required, taxes are added at checkout. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or similar government charges tied to your purchase unless the law says otherwise.
