Stratts uses the Strategy Engine to turn your product inputs into a structured launch plan. This notice explains where AI is involved, what the system is good at, and where you still need human judgment.
1. Where AI is used and pipeline details
Stratts uses AI to interpret your intake, research the market context, synthesize findings, and draft the final launch plan. We use an orchestration pipeline to deliver high-quality strategies:
- Competitive & Niche Research: Perplexity search API is utilized to run live, real-time web searches to identify and analyze competitors, distribution channels, and market conditions.
- Targeting & Generation Engine: Large Language Models from OpenAI, Anthropic, or xAI analyze the search findings alongside your intake to formulate, structure, and write the launch plans. We do not use any model providers based in China.
- Quality Assurance (QA) Review: Automated QA layers running on models from Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic review generated drafts against strategic directives and check for tone consistency.
- Pulse Suite tools: For Stratts Pulse subscribers, additional AI features (Copy Engine, Launch Engine, and Competitor Intelligence) generate copy drafts, launch posts, and competitor analyses using similar provider infrastructure, subject to monthly usage limits.
2. What AI output can and cannot promise (hallucinations & accuracy)
The output is designed to be practical, highly tailored, and specific. However, Large Language Models (LLMs) are statistical engines that can make factual errors, hallucinate claims, or present outdated information as current. We do not guarantee that any launch plan output is error-free, legally compliant in your jurisdiction, or fit for your business goals.
All generated launch plans should be treated as strategic drafts. You must review every recommendation, double-check any statistics or market findings, and exercise your own business judgment before using the launch plan in a live launch, ad campaign, investor presentation, or when spending capital on growth channels.
3. No professional advice
Stratts provides product and marketing guidance. It does not provide legal, accounting, tax, compliance, employment, securities, or other regulated professional advice. If your use case touches a regulated area, speak with a qualified professional before acting.
4. Data privacy, API usage, and model training
We access third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, xAI, Perplexity) via business API connections. Under our agreements and the standard terms of these providers, data processed through these APIs is not used to train their public base models. For paid features, we pursue Zero Data Retention (ZDR) terms with model providers where supported.
We do not use your prompts or generated launch plans to train our own proprietary AI models. While you complete the planner, intake answers may be held in your browser until you generate. When you generate, we process your inputs and store launch plans and related outputs in your account using Supabase.
You should still avoid entering highly sensitive or regulated data (such as passwords, credit card numbers, or personal health records) as the product is not designed to store or manage regulated sensitive information.
5. Human review and safety steps
We may use automated checks, system rules, and limited human review for safety, abuse prevention, debugging, and service quality. That does not replace your own responsibility to review what you receive.
6. Reporting issues
If you believe a launch plan contains a serious factual error, harmful output, or policy issue, contact support@stratts.com. We want to know when the system misses.
